Paul has had an extensive career in transforming outcomes for children, young people and their families.  This has been achieved by co-producing and leading whole system approaches to optimise the delivery of Child Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and improving life chances for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Recently, Paul has traveled to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a Subject Matter Expert, to support the establishment of the Vision 2030 healthcare transformation program.

In 2021, through Cosens Consultancy, Paul has established a talented team of researchers who specialise inchild mental health, special educational needs and disabilities in the context of Saudi Arabia.  Look out for updated information appearing soon on the website to showcase the new Child Mental Health ‘Think Tank’ for Saudi Arabia.
